We took a morning bus to WuZhou, GuangXi and then we are in China. Surprisingly I didn't notice I have stepped my foot in China border already. Too quick to be realised. Not even taking a ferry, then here I am.
It's a kind of luxury bus which contents 30 seats or call them "beds" might be more appropriated. You can lie down on your own seat, stretch out your legs which will definitely be more comfortable than sitting down, I guarantee.
They offer blankets during the journey. You can place it under your head or cover yourself if needed. But since I am a neat freaky, I would rather to keep them away from me. As I believe there is thousands of passengers use the same one and they probably dont care such a hygienic thing at all.
We got there around evening and luckily found a hotel right opposite to bus station. Walking around the town during dinner time and found they all sell the same things --- GuiLin noodles, 沙鍋飯 (rice cook in clay pot), 龜苓膏 (black jelly made of turtle shells and herbals), and some cold drinks, all made of several kinds of Chinese herbs.
Before we came here, some cities in GuangXi was flooding. Tons of houses are damaged and under repairing when we were there. According to locals, water had reached to 2nd floor.
Back to the hotel. As soon as we unloaded our bags onto our beds, phone rings. So I answered the phone and heard a lady's voice. She heard me and hang up. K said she probably called to offer a special service. Whole night, the phone never stop rining until we talked them we got someone here already.
Next day, around noon, we met an English teacher while eating breakfast. He was delighted in seeing us and invited us to his classroom. Unfortunately our bus would leave in half hour, we couldn't stay long which upset him very much.
