三天兩夜遊牧生活真體驗。

旅館有人在問要不要騎馬體驗遊牧生活，沒騎過馬的我想都不想就答應了，看到馬時，才知道不是后里馬場的小馬而是跟我同高的大棕馬。

蔵人石科先生是我們行程的保母，同行的還有他們家的兩個小朋友及一對年輕猶太夫婦。就這樣我們七個人將這幾天需要的糧食和衣服綑綁在馬背上，浩浩蕩蕩的出發了。

沿途風光明媚，天氣微涼。有生以來第一次看到毛茸茸的氂牛。這種長毛牛只在中亞或西藏才看得到，蔵人的生活飲食也與他們習習相關，像是酥油茶就是用氂牛的黃油加點鹽巴做成的。還有蔵包的材料也是氂牛皮製成，即可擋風又可擋雨。晚餐除了羊肉外還有蔵族主食tsampa，亦即糌粑。吃的時候呢，就是把糌粑跟酥油茶或青稞酒拌和，然後用手在碗裡攪和直到變成團後就可吃了。

很多人不敢喝酥油茶，覺得味道怪怪的，但那晚不知道是不是天氣太冷了，我不但喝了，還喝了好多碗。

我和蔵族小朋友同騎一匹馬，他們從小就以馬代步，每個人的騎術都超棒。

One thing bothers me all the time in China is public toliet. When I use the toliet, either I or my bottom have to face people who are in a line waiting as there is no door in each cellar at all or if it has a door, it has a broken lock.

And some of them will just stare at you while you are doing the business. This was so terrible and frighten me. Apart from that, toliet usually won't be fairly clean even for the pay one. So one of your hands has to hold the toliet paper over your nose, the other hand trys to keep the door shut. It's a hard work but now I am getting used to it. If they stare at me, I stare back.

In spite of that, I try very hard to consume water carefully during the time when I was in China so that I can reduce the chance to use toliet...!!!

After one month travel in China, I think I prefer "natural toliet" than "artifical toliet". You can do your business anywhere as long as you can find somewhere to hind yourself (or at least your face!). Doing it outside is so much better than doing it inside so that you can avoid seeing poo-mountained in the toliet. If you are unlucky, you might have to squat in a smelling cellar for a half of hour.

"Natural toliet" is free charge with fresh air and sometimes with good view too.I couldnt imagine I could do it before but once you have done it, it's not a problem any more.
